TERMS & CONDITIONS – CLEAN PRESTEA
By registering for CLEAN PRESTEA waste bin distribution and collection services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Scope
CLEAN PRESTEA provides organized waste bin distribution and scheduled waste collection services within approved service areas.
2. Ownership of Waste Bins
All waste bins distributed under the CLEAN PRESTEA program remain the property of KABIRU ECOVISION LIMITED at all times. Customers are granted permission to use the bins solely for CLEAN PRESTEA waste collection services.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the proper use, care, and safekeeping of the provided waste bins. Bins must not be damaged, altered, sold, transferred, or used for purposes outside approved waste disposal.
4. Approved Waste Only
Only approved household and domestic waste may be placed in the bins. Disposal of hazardous, medical, industrial, or prohibited waste is strictly not allowed.
5. Service Schedule
Waste collection schedules may vary due to weather conditions, operational challenges, or public holidays.
6. Service Suspension
CLEAN PRESTEA reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services in cases of misuse, damage to bins, non-compliance with these terms, or non-payment (where applicable).
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for service delivery, communication, and operational purposes and will not be shared without consent, except where required by law.
8. Updates to Terms
CLEAN PRESTEA may update these terms and conditions periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
